Magic BOX Records are a small independent
record company/media compamy based in Bath,England started
in June 2004 by Andy Nortrop and Tom Hammond. Andy and
Tom have had many years experience in the music industry,
having worked with bands such as Terry Tinsel, Skintrade,
The Love Jetz, Diamond dogs, Cosmic Jive, Cosmic, Fab
208, Edith Strategy, Blank Franks and Venus Bogardus to
name but a few.
Magic BOX Records was set up due to
frustrations with modern major record labels, The advent
of the Internet meant that the 'playing field' was levelled
to a degree, and enabled unsigned acts to gain success
without the need for major label backing.
We have successfully distributed CDs worldwide
for over a year and can provide a good platform
for the right artists.
